Policies on reprinting
As one of the best article directories online, we give publishers the opportunity to select from a wide array of quality articles on our site. You are impliedly given the right to reprint and republish these articles “as is” provided you give credit to the authors by including the Resource Box or the Author Bio which is usually found at the end of every article.
Links
The Author Resource Box usually contains links to their websites or other websites useful to the article. We expect the publishers to keep the urls intact without changing any link at all either to the hyperlink or to the anchored text. Publishers are not allowed to add links to the articles they have taken from article directories and are publishing in their own ezines or newsletters.
Legal use
All articles taken from our article directories can be republished by publishers but are not to be used as instruments to sow hatred, bigotry, profanity and racism. You are also not allowed to use the articles to promote illegal activities or those deemed unlawful by authorities including stealing, making bombs, pornography, or any related activity.
Limitations in publishing articles
Article directories like Basearticles.com have thousands of articles in our directories on a variety of niche. However, publishers are only allowed to publish or reprint a certain number of articles from our article directories, for a certain period and for a specific domain. If you have many domains, then please limit the articles you take from our article directories and republished in your domains to only 250 articles every year.
Prohibited software
Publishers can choose any article from our article directories provided they follow the rules on the number of articles per domain, per year. In effect, Basearticles.com does not allow publishers to use article crawlers, site scrapers and other scripts or software that will mine articles from the article directories. This is prohibited and those found violating this provision will be blocked from our website.
Violations
Publishers found violating our rules and regulating and our terms of service will be held liable to pay for all the legal consequences of their actions including, but not limited to the payment of damages, attorney fees and other damages deemed lawful by the courts and its authorized agencies.
Revocation of right to reprint
Basearticles.com reserves its right to revoke a publisher’s right to reprint and republish articles from our article directories at any time after due notice through postal mail, email, telephone or fax. In case you could not be reached for any reason at all, you give us the right to contact and serve notice via your web hosting provider. You will be given 24 hours upon receipt of notice, to comply with the revocation.
